ICA Health and Wellness Committee June K.622 Challenge

The K.622 Challenge

The ICA Health & Wellness Committee is excited to invite you to join us in the #ICA622 challenge! We want to encourage our clarinet community to move for 622 minutes in June. This movement can be any kind of physical activity that you enjoy like walking, biking, swimming, yoga, dancing, or anything else you can think of. Be sure to use our calendar to keep track of your minutes and tag the ICA or use the #ICA622 on social media to let us know how you’re moving!

To help meet this movement goal, our committee will be hosting three participatory group classes that you can attend for free!

These sessions will be on Zoom and will require pre-registration through the links provided below:

K. 622 Challenge: Yoga/Meditation with Marianne and Kathy

When: Saturday, June 12th from 1-1:45pm EDT

What you need: Yoga mat or large towel, open space

When: Saturday, June 19th from 1-1:45pm EDT

What you need: Yoga mat or large towel, open space, sneakers/tennis shoes (optional)

What you need: Yoga mat or large towel, open space, small pillow or book to support the head
