Here is an overview of how to use the ICA Virtual Conference Center for ClarinetFest® 2021.
There is a Virtual Conference Center on the website (www.clarinet.org) where you can access all of the events and information for ClarinetFest® 2021.
We recommend taking a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the Virtual Conference Center and our website to ensure the best experience during ClarinetFest® 2021.
Here is where you should start:
On the main ICA website, click the Events tab at the top. The very first selection there is “Virtual Conference Center.” Click this selection and it will show you all of the upcoming virtual events, including ClarinetFest® 2021 Virtual. Here is a screenshot of those tabs and the virtual conference center main page in the background:
On the Virtual Conference Center main page, you can select the event you want for more details. Select ClarinetFest® 2021 Virtual.
Once you’ve selected ClarinetFest® 2021 Virtual, there are tabs along the top to access different pages of information.
By clicking the event details, you will find more information about this event.
If you select “Concerts and Lectures” it brings up the most concise schedule of events. There is a tab to select the day you’re interested in viewing or you can scroll through everything. You can also search lectures by level so if you are a middle school student you can look specifically for early levels.
On the “Concerts & Lectures” page you can join a session live just by clicking the button. PLEASE NOTE: You will only be able to join a live session if you are registered and it is during the date/time of that event.
By clicking the registration tab you are redirected to this page. You do not have to be a member to register to attend the conference and gain access to live events. (Notice the selections on the left for members or on-members.) The registration process is quick and simple! If you would like to become an ICA member, learn more about our membership options here.
Please take a moment to recognize the sponsors!
You will also be able to navigate this through the Guidebook app for iPhone and Android. More on that soon.
