ClarinetFest® 2024 Exhibitor Information

For many ClarinetFest® attendees, the exhibits are the best part of the festival. Exhibitors have the chance to display their products and services to clarinetists from all backgrounds, from professional players and teachers, to students and enthusiasts. Don’t miss the chance to exhibit at the most inclusive and exciting clarinet festival in the world! Space is limited in Dublin, so reserve your space soon!

Important Dates & Deadlines

• February 15, 2024 – Last Day for Sponsorship Agreements
• April 15, 2024 – Last Day to reserve a booth
• May 1, 2024 – Last Day to submit ad reservation and artwork for inclusion in the program book
• June 15, 2024 – Last Day to submit names for badges

Available Options for Exhibition

1. Single Booth (3m x 3m) – (approx.653€) $700 (Excluding VAT)
2. Double Booth (3m x 6m) – (approx.1213€) $1,300 (Excluding VAT)
3. Triple Booth (3m x 9m) – (approx. 1493€) $1,600 (Excluding VAT)

Exhibit booths are 3m x 3m and includes the following:

• Stand Structure
• Exhibitor Name Card
• 2 x Folding Chairs
• 1 x Trestle table
• 4 x Exhibitor Badges

Note: Venue Mains Power Supply excluded from above costs. Typically cost 144.00€ ex VAT per stand.

Quad booths are only available to Altissimo and Sustaining level sponsors

Additional booth equipment and marketing materials/graphics will be available for purchase through a CCD approved vendor.
