ClarinetFest® 2026 will be held in Incheon, South Korea, from July 7-11, at the Songdo ConvensiA (https://songdoconvensia.visitincheon.or.kr/). All attendees, except non-clarinet companions and non-clarinetist musicians, must be members of the International Clarinet Association.

Exhibitor Booths
Single Booth (10’x10’) – $700
Double Booth (10’x20’) – $1,300
Triple Booth (10’x30’) – $1,800
Exhibit booths are approximately 10’x10’.
Each booth includes:
- Exhibitor name card
- 2 x Folding chairs
- 1 x Table
Badge credentials are provided as follows:
- 4 x exhibitor badges for first booth space
- 2 badges for each additional booth space reserved
- Additional badges available for $75 each
Please note:
- Listed costs do not include optional electricity charge
- Quad booths and larger are only available to Altissimo and Sustaining level sponsors
- Additional booth equipment and marketing materials and graphics will be available for purchase through a Songdo ConvensiA approved vendor to be announced.
The anticipated Exhibitor Move-in, display, and Move-out schedule is as follows (please note this is subject to change):
