Exhibitor Booths
Single Booth (10’x10’) – $700
Double Booth (10’x20’) – $1,300
Triple Booth (10’x30’) – $1,600
Exhibit booths are 10’x10’.
Each booth includes:
- Exhibitor name card
- 2 x Folding chairs
- 1 x Table
- 4 x exhibitor badges per booth (additional badges available for $75 each)
Please note:
- Listed costs do not include optional electricity charge
- Quad booths and larger are only available to Altissimo and Sustaining level sponsors
- Additional booth equipment and marketing materials and graphics will be available for purchase through Freeman
The anticipated Exhibitor Move-in, display, and Move-out schedule is as follows (please note this is subject to change):
Move-in: July 9, 2025 12-5pm
Show Days: July 10, 2025 9am-5pm
July 11, 2025 9am-5pm
July 12, 2025 9am -5pm
Move-out: July 12, 2025 5pm-10pm
