The International Clarinet Association and the ClarinetFest® 2025 Artistic Leadership Team welcome applications for high school and middle school student clarinet ensembles to perform on the Showcase Stage at ClarinetFest® 2025, which will take place in Fort Worth, Texas, July 9-13 at the Fort Worth Omni Hotel and Fort Worth Convention Center. Special Consideration will be given to proposals matching or closely related to the main theme, “Transcending Tradition,” for this conference.
“TRANSCENDING TRADITIONS” – While celebrating the storied legacy of the clarinet, the membership is encouraged to also explore beyond the traditional mainstream to showcase clinics and performances that reflect a wider view of the instrument’s journey within our connected world and allow our community to discover new avenues of expression.
Clarinet ensembles should consist of 6 or more students and can include school, studio, or community groups. Students of all ages up to high school seniors (including the graduating class of 2025) can participate. Please note that programs shall not exceed 15 minutes in length.
The deadline for ClarinetFest® 2025 showcase stage applications is January 15, 2025.
Please note that there is a registration fee of $30 per student. Students that are not currently members of the ICA will receive a free 1-year membership!
This fee includes:
1. Full admission to ClarinetFest® 2025
2. Admission to Exhibits
3. One (1) year membership (along with access to member resources) for new members
4. Minors also receive one (1) free registration for a chaperone
