ClarinetFest® 2025

ClarinetFest® 2025 will take place July 9–13, 2025, at the beautiful Omni Hotel and Fort Worth Convention Center in the Sundance Square of Fort Worth, Texas! The International Clarinet Association and the ClarinetFest® 2025 Artistic Leadership Team want to express our appreciation to all members who submitted general proposals and congratulate all who have been selected for inclusion in the ClarinetFest® 2025 program.

Our event is moving forward with plans for additional performance opportunities:

The Showcase Stage will feature student clarinet choirs. These ensembles should consist of six or more students and can include school, studio, or community groups. Students of all ages up to high school seniors (including the graduating class of 2025) can participate in the Showcase Stage. Please note that programs shall not exceed 15 minutes in length. The deadline for proposals is January 15, 2025; apply at clarinet.org.

Master class performance opportunities will be available through the work of the ICA Pedagogy Committee and the Clarinet Learning Community. Watch for upcoming announcements via the website, email, social media, and The Clarinet about master class applications opening up in early 2025.

The membership is encouraged to sign up for the ClarinetFest® 2025 Clarinet Choirs in advance by selecting a preference for ensemble when registering for the conference. (Members can also join these ensembles onsite but may have limited access to parts/music.)

Please note that there is a special middle school and high school registration fee of only $30 per student for ClarinetFest®. Students that are not currently members of the ICA will receive a free one-year membership!

This fee includes:

Full admission to ClarinetFest® 2025
Admission to exhibits
One-year ICA membership (along with access to member resources) for new members
Minors also receive one free registration for a chaperone
