Clarinetist Christopher Nichols will interview composer/clarinetist Daniel Dorff about Dorff’s many duets for flute and clarinet, focusing on “Two Cats”, and the “two dogs” answer piece, “Zoe & Xena: A Romp in the Park” for piccolo and bass Clarinet.

Topics may include how and why each duet was written, and surprises surrounding each work’s premiere. The discussions will be interspersed with a live performance video of Two Cats, and a produced music video of Zoe & Xena.
