Program Notes: This commission project for ClarinetFest® 2021 was inspired by the Flowers without Borders theme. The artistic concept is to encapsulate through music the human experience of personal growth and awareness that one achieves through interactions and experiences with the diverse lives, cultures, histories and religions of others.
