For clarinetists who haven’t played high notes much (or at all), we’ll look at the basic things that make high notes work much more easily on the clarinet. Many people get frustrated when they play high notes. There are some simple things related to air, fingers, embouchure and even what you do with your fingers that can make these notes feel much easier. We’ll discuss how fixing high notes can make every note on your clarinet sound better as it helps to create better clarinet habits.
