We are thrilled to announce that ClarinetFest® 2028 will be held in Monterrey, Mexico 
at Parque Fundidora!
Raquel Villarreal will serve as Artistic Director, joined by the Artistic Leadership Team: Leonel Martínez (México), Matthew Jansen (Panama) and Héctor Morales (Chile).
For the first time in its history, ClarinetFest® is coming to Latin America. We can’t wait to welcome you to Monterrey!

The ICA will be arranging room blocks at a discounted rate near to the facilities. More information will be available in 2027.
The ClarinetFest® 2028 Artistic Leadership Team is dedicated to the International Clarinet Association’s Statement of Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion (https://clarinet.org/about/ica-policies/) and recognizes the importance of representation within the clarinet community at this event. As such, the ALT will be organizing featured events that represent a variety of global music styles and traditions and also compositions whose composers and/or performers are members of a marginalized and/or protected community.
