ClarinetFest® 2027 will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, from July 7-11, at the University of Utah and the Little America Hotel.

Double Booth – $1,300
Triple Booth – $1,850
Quad Booth – $2,350
Each booth includes:
- Exhibitor name card
- 2 x Folding chairs
- 1 x Table
Badge credentials are provided as follows:
- 4 x exhibitor badges for first booth space
- 2 badges for each additional booth space reserved
- Additional badges available for $100 each
Please note:
- Listed costs do not include optional electricity charge
- Additional booth equipment and marketing materials and graphics will be available for purchase through an approved vendor to be announced.
The anticipated Exhibitor Move-in, display, and Move-out schedule is as follows (please note this is subject to change):
