ClarinetFest® 2025
by Jody Webb and Mary Alice Druhan
Join us July 9–13, 2025, for a unique five-day, action-packed weekend at the beautiful Omni Hotel and Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas, for ClarinetFest® 2025! Your 2025 Artistic Leadership Team includes Karen Bronson, Shawn Copeland, Season Cowley, Cheyenne Cruz, Jennifer Daffinee, Corey Mackey, Andrea Vos-Rochefort, Jody Webb, and Gary Whitman along with host Mary Alice Druhan.
The Omni Hotel Fort Worth is offering attendees lodging starting at $155 per night and features several dining options onsite with many additional dining and entertainment options in the 35-block Sundance Square district of Downtown Fort Worth (www.sundancesquare.com). There is hotel parking available plus additional garage and street parking throughout Sundance Square to accommodate attendees.
World-class artists are currently being selected by proposal review for an exciting lineup of headlining concerts throughout ClarinetFest® 2025. Evening performances will include solo artists featured with a variety of ensembles from small solo and chamber works to compositions with band and orchestra.
ClarinetFest® 2025 will have opportunities for clarinetists of all ages to be engaged and entertained with a packed schedule of activities over five days. Preliminary plans include rehearsals and performances with several ClarinetFest® clarinet choirs, age- and level-focused classes and lectures, master classes, warmup sessions, competitions, and more. The performance schedule aims to showcase one of the most impressive and diverse artist rosters in the history of the ICA, with multiple venues designated for different topics (from health and wellness to audition preparation), and age groups (from our young beginner classrooms to the adult enthusiast crowd)! ClarinetFest® 2025 is also planning the largest exhibit hall in the organization’s history, with industry representatives onsite for all your clarinet needs.
International Clarinet Association members are invited to submit proposals for selection into the ClarinetFest® 2025 program. General proposal applications are now open for all performances and for all lectures, clinics, workshops, and master classes. The Showcase Stage will also return in 2025 to feature young student clarinet ensemble performances (ensembles of 6 or more players, through grade 12).
The upcoming proposal deadlines for ClarinetFest® 2025 are:
General – October 1, 2024
Showcase Stage – January 15, 2025
There is a $20 application fee for each proposal. Proposals without accompanied payment will not be considered. Please find more information and submit proposals at www.clarinet.org under the ClarinetFest® 2025 event page.
