So Rhee holds the Master of Music Degree in Clarinet Performance from the University of Oklahoma in Norman and the Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Her clarinet background and lifelong love of music has led to her involvement in a wide array of musical activities and professions, most notably, working as a woodwind repair technician and serving as the Librarian of the Savannah Symphony Orchestra. She also has prior experience developing and operating two small businesses. Ms. Rhee was appointed to her position as ICA Executive Director in September 2005.
