
ClarinetFest® 2010
We would like to cordially invite businesses in the music industry to reserve exhibit space for ClarinetFest® 2010. This year’s conference will take place on July 21-25, 2010, at the University of Texas–Austin, and we estimate that over 1,200 people will attend. A very unique event at this year’s ClarinetFest® is the Texas High School Clarinet Day, which will be on Saturday, July 24. Texas has some of the strongest band programs in the U.S., and we expect to see many young, talented clarinetists that day.
The exhibits will be held in the 2nd floor of the Butler School of Music building, in the Band Rehearsal Hall, Choral Rehearsal Hall, and Orchestra Room.

Please remember that space is limited and will be reserved and assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, with special consideration offered to previous exhibitors. You will be notified of your booth assignment as soon as all the reservations have been received and processed. About six to eight weeks prior to the conference date, you will receive a packet from CDS Events, who will be able to assist you with all your shipping and material handling needs.
