2010 Officer Elections to be held electronically

For the first time in I.C.A. history, Officer Elections will take place electronically. The I.C.A. Board of Directors hopes that the ease and convenience of voting electronically will increase participation amongst members. We will be utilizing Vote-Now.com to handle this year’s election and hope that all of you will vote.

The voting period will be from March 15 to June 15. Each current member will receive an email invitation to vote from Vote-Now.com shortly before the voting period. (We strongly recommend that you include @vote-now.com in your email “safe” list so that the email does not end up in your spam folder or blocked by your email server.)  The email will include a link that is automatically embedded with your personal registration code. When you click the link, the ballot will automatically load to your internet browser. You will be able to view the candidates’ biographies, and, of course, vote!
For members that do not have an email address on file with the I.C.A., or if the email delivery is not successful, a paper ballot will be mailed. Please note that if you receive an email invitation to vote online, you will not receive a physical ballot in the mail.
Here are the candidates for the 2010 election:
President-Elect
John Cipolla
Eddy Vanoosthuyse
Secretary
Lisa Oberlander
